·         Estimer le coût et le temps nécessaires pour un large éventail de réparations,

·         Accueillir les clients et discuter de leurs besoins,

·         Répondre aux demandes des clients, en personne ou par téléphone,

·         Élaborer des estimations de réparation en tenant compte du coût des matériaux, des fournitures et de la main-d'œuvre ;

·         Préparer les bons de réparation en détaillant les problèmes ou symptômes du véhicule,

·         Mettre les clients en relation avec le bon technicien automobile,

·         Tester les véhicules pour confirmer que le véhicule du client est réparé au besoin,

·         Tenir à jour les dossiers automobiles en assurant le suivi des problèmes et des mesures correctives.

 

Pré- requis:

 

·         Diplômé (e) en marketing, ou mécanique auto avec une expérience préalable comme technico commercial,

·         Une expérience à un poste similaire est un atout,

·         Solides compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral,

Résumé

Assister le responsable qualité dans l'organisation, la gestion et la maitrise de l'application du système de management de la qualité et de la sécurité

Responsabilités et tâches

·         Participer à l'élaboration, la mise à jour et la diffusion des documents qualité,

·         Préparer les réunions qualité et rédiger les comptes rendus,

·         Participer à la réalisation des audits internes et rédiger les rapports,

·         Assister les agents HSE dans des missions ponctuelles,   

·         S'assurer que toutes les actions correctives et préventives découlant des non-conformités et d'autres sources sont planifiées, complétées et ensuite fermées,     

·         Tenir à jour les registres (non-conformités, actions correctives, création/modification de document, plan d'action),     

·         Effectuer des inspections programmées et non programmées des installations et équipements du chantier afin d'assurer la conformité aux codes, règlements et directives applicables,

HME Planning Coordinator

POSITION TITLE: HME PLANNING COORDINATOR.

Reporting to: HME Superintendent

Location 📌: Senegal.  

Objective:

The primary purpose of the position is to optimize the availability of mobile equipment by creating comprehensive and integrated work plans to achieve maintenance and service objectives, incorporating elements including routine servicing, preventative maintenance, major and minor repairs and overhauls, fleet commissioning, special projects, and related factors.

Key accountabilities:

General

·         Establish and maintain Maintenance Planning standards and policies in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendent.

·         Conduct weekly planning meetings with maintenance and operations.

·         Update the CMMS accordingly including the raising and closing of work orders and entry of planned start and finish dates.

·         Training and coaching planners in the preparation of work packages and all other planning functions for each maintenance work group within the organization.

·         Organize in accordance with procedures external service provider’s visits to site for Condition monitoring and any other outsourced maintenance services not able to be done using on-site resources.

·         Regularly review spares holding policy for maintenance spares and consumables and adjust the purchasing and inventory control settings as required to reduce reliance on airfreight.

·         Attend regular meetings with operations and maintenance personnel to review equipment performance, develop remedial actions and improvement plans for cost and performance.

·         Assist in the development of the departmental budget, with particular effort towards producing a Zero-based maintenance budget.

·         Record Meeting minutes which include a list of actions and responsible persons and timelines for action when required.

·         Develop a succession plan for all maintenance planning positions with clear competencies to be achieved and timelines for achievement.

·         Work with the Maintenance Superintendent to develop tracking and reporting systems for agreed KPI's to allow accurate and quick analysis of maintenance, breakdowns, costs, and operating performance of all mobile and ancillary equipment.

·         Improve reliability and equipment health through condition monitoring techniques.

·         Participate in failure and damage reporting, tracking, work scopes and evaluations.

·         Analyze trends and monitor the performance of equipment as directed by the HME Superintendent.

 Safety Management

·         Ensure that all staff conduct themselves in a safe manner in accordance with company policies, procedures and benchmark a ‘Take 5’ and Duty of Care safety focus.

·         Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner following company policies and industry best practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Education:

Knowledge, Training & Relevant experience:

·         Trade qualified Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Trade OR Engineering Degree .

·         10 years’ experience in large scale mining environment including at least 5 years in senior maintenance planning roles.

·         Considerable knowledge of all aspects of a large and diversified fleet of vehicle and equipment maintenance including the involved trades and sub-trades.

·         Ability to devise specific maintenance, major overhaul and repair programs that are effective and within budget and to coordinate the administration of programs to minimize disruption to the fleet maintenance program.

·         Experienced using a CMMS to provide accurate prediction of future activities and costs.

·         Records of historical maintenance activities. Pronto is an asset.

·         Driver’s License.

·         Current First Aid qualification preferred.

Practical/Specialist Skills:

·         Prior experience required in the use of CMMS. Pronto desired.

·         Prior experience in all facets of Mobile equipment Maintenance.
